SAMBA, Feb 9: Oakland Bottlers collaborated with These Good Distillers and native authorities to introduce a brand new rum model “Idaaya” within the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
This distinctive spirit is a mix of premium rums from Latin America, aged for 12 years, and Indian molasses spirit, reflecting a fusion of worldwide excellence and Indian heritage.
The creation of Idaaya concerned a meticulous choice course of, beginning with the selection of famend 12-year-old rum from Latin America recognized for its depth and complexity. This base rum was then mixed with fastidiously chosen Indian molasses spirit to provide an opulent and distinctive mix.
The manufacturing technique of Idaaya incorporates components of each Spanish Solera system and conventional Indian extraction methods, leading to a rum with a very distinctive character and distinctive high quality.
